Charlotte's Web Band believes that music is fun and that is reflected in their high energy, signature sound that people everywhere love and interact with! Their biggest compliments are for their diverse genres of upbeat songs they play, for the professionalism, and for the powerful vocals of Charlotte Huston. This four piece band is based out of Shreveport, Louisiana. They are currently playing Louisiana Downs Casino, Horseshoe Casino, private parties, Mardi Gras Grand Balls, restaurants, bars, wedding receptions, festivals, and grand openings.
This past year Charlotte's Web Band was nominated for the 2023 Forum Magazine's Best of 318 . The band placed second place for best local band. Charlotte Huston also made it into the top five for best local vocalist !
Charlotte's Web Band prides themselves for their professionalism, timeliness, and commitment to making the music memorable. We are blessed to have the support of Charlotte's husband, Nick Huston. Nick is our sound and lighting engineer, he also provides DJ services during breaks so the party never stops.
Charlotte Huston
Leader Singer
Charlotte started her singing career in church at age 8 and joined the choir when she turned 11. She acted and sung at the Strand Theater in Shreveport, LA. Charlotte has sung professionally since she was 18 years old. In 2023 Charlotte opened her brick-and-mortar clothing boutique, Charlotte's Classy Closet Boutique. This is where she gets many of her dazzling stage outfits and accessories.
Nick Tingle
Lead Guitar, background vocals
Having just celebrated my 30th birthday, I’m honored to have been apart of so many incredible musical opportunities at my age. Growing up I was always apart of talent shows and knew I loved performing for people as much as I did playing the instrument. When I turned 21 I was introduced to Floyd Grigsby. Floyd and the band is where I learned to cut my chops and grow as a gigging musicians. Later I had the opportunity to perform in a professional touring band, TK Soul. I learned what it was like to be a professional touring musician and how to perform in arenas across the country. All of this has been made possible with the love and support I receive from my mom and dad, as well as my wife. God has blessed me abundantly and I would like to share with you all the gift he has given me.
Billy Travis
Bass Guitar, background vocals
Billy started playing when he was 15 years old. And after a year he was playing in clubs. He has played with BB King, Bo Diddly, Jeff Healy, and Kenny Wayne Shephard. Billy performed with touring bands for 10+ years.
Keith Brazzel
Drums, background vocals
Keith has played professionally in Houston, TX for 30 years. He has performed in bands that opened for Tracy Lawrence, Johnny Paycheck, BJ Thomas and even performed for the military in Seoul, Korea. Keith also writes his own songs and sings them with the band.
Nick Huston
Sound and lighting engineer, DJ services
Nick's Background in Music Started in 1980 as a DJ at Adam's Rib in the Sheraton in Bossier then proceeded with becoming a Wedding and Event DJ for the past 28 years with over 700 weddings and events to date. Nick opened his own DJ Business, Nick Huston DJ Services LLC in 2020 and has established himself as one of the most popular DJs in the area. Nick is the Sound and Light Engineer for Charlotte's Web Band and also works in Advertising Sales at KTBS. Nick is married to Charlotte since 2016 and is a member of Celebration Church of Shreveport. Nick also has a Daughter and two Granddaughters he loves dearly.
